Description:

Description

This incredible open concept custom modular home is called the Ultra 8. When you enter through the front door you’ll find a foyer that is generous in size. As you step into the house you’ll be wrapped in the heart of the home with a completely open concept first floor plan with loads of windows throughout, massive amounts of kitchen cabinets, butlers pantry, first floor laundry, huge mud room, and a home that provides a family with more than just a place to live… it provides place to be together!

As with all of our plans, this home is completely customizable. Check out the Hunziker plans below to see how they added a home office on the first floor and a laundry room on the 2nd floor!
