The Lake Rd Custom Cape is a completed custom Cape Cod modular home with about 2,200 sq ft: 1,430 sq ft on the first floor and a 770 sq ft loft level, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large windows, decks and a walkout lower level were designed to take in the surrounding view.

Vaulted Great Room and Kitchen

The main floor opens into a great room and a dining and kitchen area, both under a vaulted ceiling. A stacked stone fireplace anchors the great room, and the kitchen has a long island with seating and a full wall of cabinets. Windows run across the back of the home toward the view.

First-Floor Bedrooms and Baths

The first floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 sits at the back of the home next to Bath #2, which has a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 is near the front, and Bath #1 with a tub sits by the foyer and the utility room, which has space for a washer and dryer.

Loft Level and Walkout Lower Level

A central staircase leads up to the 770 sq ft loft level with the third bedroom and flexible space for an office or guests, and down to the walkout lower level with large windows and a glass garage-style door. Decks at the back of the home connect the living spaces to the outdoors.
