Beach Haven: A Coastal Cape Cod Modular Home

The Beach Haven is a coastal-style Cape Cod modular home with about 1,380 sq ft (891 sq ft on the first floor and 489 sq ft upstairs), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Steep gables, a front dormer and a standard covered porch give it a relaxed lake-house feel that suits waterfront lots, wooded settings and neighborhood streets alike.

The 12’10” x 12’4″ primary bedroom is on the first floor, next to the main bath with double sinks, a tub and a linen closet. A utility room with space for a washer and dryer sits between the bath and the kitchen. Stairs with a railing lead up from the living room.
