Main Floor: Great Room, Kitchen and Nook

You enter through a foyer with LVP flooring into an open main floor. The 15’4″ x 12’10” kitchen has a center island and a pantry, and it opens to a 12’8″ x 12’10” nook with a 30″ sliding door. The 13’8″ x 16’6″ great room sits beside the nook, with the stairs to the second floor.

Primary Bedroom and Second Bedroom

The 13′ x 12’10” primary bedroom is on the main floor with a private bath that has double sinks and a tub. An optional 4′ x 6′ (48″ x 72″) walk-in tile shower and an optional transom window are shown on the plan.

Bedroom 2 (11′ x 9’6″) sits next to the utility room, and Bath 2 with a tub is at the end of the home near the stairs.

Second Floor: Future Space

The second floor is planned as future space (about 782 sq ft) with:

• A central loft
• A future room with a dormer
• Bath 3 with a tub

Finishing the second floor, and how the space can be used, depends on the final design, egress and local building codes.
