The Woodbury I is a Cape Cod modular home with about 1,531 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on a 55′ x 27’4″ footprint. Two front dormers, a steep roof and a full-width covered front porch give it classic Cape Cod character, and the plan keeps all three bedrooms on the main floor.

Kitchen, Nook and Living Room

The 21’6″ x 12’10” kitchen runs along the back of the home with a large center island and an L-shaped counter. Next to it, a 7’6″ x 12’10” nook gives you a spot for everyday meals, and the plan shows an optional patio door off this area.

The 17’8″ x 12’10” living room sits at the front of the home, right off the porch entry, so the main living spaces stay connected.

Primary Suite and Two More Bedrooms

The 14’6″ x 12’10” primary bedroom is at one end of the home with a private bathroom that has double sinks and a tub. The plan illustrates two optional primary bath layouts:
