The Generational Suite is a Cape Cod modular home with about 2,122 sq ft, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, built for multigenerational living. Alongside the main home, it has a private living suite with its own bedroom, bath and kitchenette, so parents, adult children or guests can live close by and still have their own space. Front dormers, a covered porch and an attached two-car garage (shown in the rendering) complete the exterior.

The Main Home

A 26’2″ x 12’10” living room sits at the center of the home. Behind it, a 28’1″ x 13′ kitchen runs along the back wall with a long island, and a 9′ x 12’10” nook sits at the end of the kitchen for everyday meals.

The 13’4″ x 12’10” primary bedroom has a private bath with double sinks, a tub and a separate shower. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 (each 10′ x 12’10”) share Bath 2 near a utility room with space for a washer and dryer.

The Private Living Suite

The front wing holds the in-law suite:

  • Bedroom suite (11′ x 12’10”)
  • Bath suite with a shower
  • Living suite with a kitchenette, pantry cabinet and its own seating area

The suite connects to the main home through the 11’10” x 12’10” foyer, which opens to the covered front porch.
