The Willowbee: A 4 Bedroom Modular Home
The Willowbee is a 4 bedroom modular home with about 1,640 sq ft and 2 full bathrooms on one level, with a split-bedroom layout that keeps the primary suite away from the other bedrooms. The rendering shows front dormers, a covered front porch and an attached garage, which is a site-built option not included in the standard square footage.

Living Room, Kitchen and Nook
The 19’8″ x 12’10” living room sits at the center of the home. Behind it, the kitchen has a center island with seating, and an 11’6″ x 9’4″ nook gives you a spot for everyday meals. A utility room with space for a washer and dryer sits by the side entry, next to the stairs down to the lower level.
Primary Suite
The 14’10” x 12’10” primary bedroom is at one end of the home. The master bath has double sinks, a tub and a linen closet. The plan illustrates two optional layouts:

- Glamour bath with a soaking tub (omits the linen closet)
Three More Bedrooms
