Danbury Modular Home with Optional Office

Welcome Home.

The Danbury ranch has it all, including open spaces for living, clear sight lines from the front of the home to the back, and private sleeping quarters for your family. The plan has so many different configurations to fit any style and budget, it’s easy to see why it’s a popular choice among our clients.

This custom floor plan includes solid wood cabinetry with modern accents as well as a multi tiered island making meal preparation a breeze. The dining room and nook is where this plan really gets exciting. Having both spaces means you can replace one with a home office, or a craft room, or that ever elusive 4th bedroom. The space is yours, go ahead and make plans for it. While we’re at it, take a peek at this master bathroom. You notice the coffee bar right? Don’t need that? Maybe that’s where you put a towel warmer.

Another great feature of this home is the entrance. A simple entrance and coat closet can be replaced with a recessed entry complete with built in cabinetry and drywall arches. How about a covered porch instead to keep guests out of the elements. Go ahead, print this plan and start designing the home of your dreams.

We at Buffalo Modular can help you design the perfect home that fits your lifestyle. We dream BIG, you should too.
