At 2,092 sq ft with three bedrooms, the Binkley 7 allocates generous square footage per room rather than maximising bedroom count. Buyers who want a larger primary suite, a genuine dining area, or room for a home office within the main living space tend to prefer this arrangement over a four-bedroom plan of similar size.

A full 8 ft basement comes standard, adding roughly 2,000 sq ft of lower level to finish as you need it.

Modifications

Every plan we build can be adjusted before production. On the Binkley 7 that commonly means finishing or roughing in the upper level, adding an attached garage, reworking the primary suite, or changing dormer and porch details to suit the lot.

Because changes are made at the design stage rather than on site, they are far less costly than altering a stick-built home once framing has started.
