The Beechwood: A 3 Bedroom Cape Cod Modular Home
The Beechwood is a Cape Cod modular home with about 1,352 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a 26′ x 52′ footprint. Three front dormers, a steep roof and a covered front entry with railings give it classic Cape Cod curb appeal, and the rendering shows white siding, black windows and an attached garage.

Kitchen, Nook and Living Room
