I’m Jonathan Griffiths, and construction and design have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was lucky to have a front-row seat to the industry—my father owned a construction business, and he’d often bring me along to see what he was working on. I’d watch him turn blueprints into reality, hammering nails, framing walls, and solving problems on the fly. Those moments hooked me early, sparking a lifelong love for building things that matter. From then on, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps, creating spaces that people could call home.
