I’m Ivan Petkovic, and I’ve been fortunate to combine my love for work with my passion for travel, exploring the world’s cultures, architecture, and customs along the way. Over the years, I’ve designed, drafted, and built hundreds of successful projects across more than six continents, from bustling urban centers to remote corners of the globe. Each place has taught me something new—whether it’s the sleek minimalism of modern European design, the vibrant colors of South American traditions, or the timeless craftsmanship found in Asian architecture. I’ve had the privilege of working with countless clients, delivering projects that not only meet their needs but also reflect the unique spirit of their surroundings.

More recently, my focus has shifted to residential development projects here in the U.S., including standout work in places like Austin, Texas, where I embraced the city’s eclectic, innovative vibe; Gary, Indiana, where I tackled the challenges of revitalization with practical, community-focused designs; and Key West, Florida, where I blended coastal charm with resilient construction. Alongside these, I’ve taken on numerous smaller-scale projects, each one a chance to refine my craft and bring someone’s vision to life. With every build, I’ve honed a versatile approach that balances creativity, functionality, and attention to detail—skills I’m thrilled to now bring to Buffalo Modular Homes.
