One of our most popular plans for great reason! The Crisfield modular two story plan accomplishes so much with a relatively small foot print.

As you enter the home you have the option of a two story vaulted foyer or you can close this off, creating a loft space or 4th bedroom/Office space.

The 1st floor lays out as open concept, while at the same time creating some space for your family with two separate living rooms.

The nook is a generous size for a large table. The kitchen island also can be customized to be a two tiered island or a large flat island with loads of bar stool space.

As you enter the house from the garage, you’ll come through a mud room near your half bath and 1st floor laundry area. The half bath is tucked away discretely, far from the kitchen and eating area for a nice bit of space.

Upstairs the Crisfield modular two story plan has loads of closet space for the master bedroom. Beds 2 and 3 are also a nice comfortable size.
