We had checked out other local builders, but then found Buffalo Modular Homes online. We visited other builders – both stick and modular – but Nigel gave us the best price. The other builders were much higher. Our decision came down to what we were getting for the price. We were getting a better built home at a much cheaper price.
We like everything about our new house and it was great working with Nigel! He came in at budget and gave us a lot of information throughout the process.
