Hamlin Project

The Hamlin is a wonderful home project completed on a small water inlet off of Lake Ontario, just west of Rochester.  The goal of the home project was to complete a home with good flow for spending time with family, provide a nice amount of storage space, and to make use of a highly tree’d yard that has a side yard more so than a rear yard.

This home provides a comfortable living room with ship lap and an LED fireplace.  The kitchen has a large island with enough space for 5 bar stools.  The nook is what makes this home unique; it has a bump out bay window, slider to the side yard, and a built in desk.  Behind the kitchen is a large pantry with shelving.  The master bedroom in the Hamlin plan provides for a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom consisting of a large vanity, tiled shower, and glamour bath to relax in front of large, bright windows!

This home is a two box ranch and, as normal, we built the garage onsite.
