The Woodsboro is open concept, it has a great working kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, lovely mud room off of the site built attached garage, and has a covered porch as part of the factory production module.

Granite?  Yes please!  Of course all of our modular homes come with optional granite countertops, quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, 9 ft basements, back covered porches, and the list is endless.
