Size and Storage

At 1,375 sq ft the Cedar is comfortably sized for two people or a small family, without the running costs of a larger home. A full 8 ft basement is standard, adding roughly 1,375 sq ft of lower level on top of the garage — unusually generous storage for a property of this size.

Modifications

The Cedar can be adjusted before production. Common requests include converting floor area into a third bedroom or home office, reworking the kitchen for rental durability, and adjusting exterior detailing to suit the lot.

Because changes are made on paper before the factory build starts, they cost a fraction of altering a site-built home mid-construction.
