INSPIRATION AND DESIGN

If you already have a floor plan that you love then we can start working on your project quote immediately. But if you’re new to the idea of building a new modular home, then a sales consultation will be a great first step in order move us in the right direction!

THE PLANNING PHASE

We will work closely with you to asses your building site, confirm on your home design, complete your project estimate, and schedule your modular home for factory production and site finishing.

FACTORY PRODUCTION AND SITE PREP

The modular building process is all about efficiency! As your home is being assembled in the factory, we will be preparing your building site and installing your basement. Your modules wil be delivered as soon as your foundation has cured and ready for set. Building the modules and installing the basement at the same time, in itself, will save you you time and money over the linear schedule of traditional site building.

STITCHING AND SEEMING

The stitching and seeming of the home is often completed in less than a week and includes flooring completion, drywall connection at the marriage wall, and minor carpentry work. The exterior utilities in from the street to the house also need to be completed at this time, including: electrical, gas, water, and sewage installation.

MOVE-IN!

Once the building inspector has issued their Certificate of Occupancy we can complete our final customer walkthrough and handover!
