Buffalo Duplex 2

Buffalo New York is a historic city which has many neighborhoods designed with 2 unit homes on narrow lots.  These neighborhoods were originally designed around factories to allow for people to walk to work and live in close proximity to their neighbors.  While we don’t walk to work as much toeday as the early 1900s, we are seeing the requirement for increased density on the rise and it’s to that end we have designed a number of 2 unit duplex options to meet this need.

Of course the need for density is not just unique for Buffalo, NY, but also most cities.

These floor plans are designed for narrow lots and can be reconfigured to suit your needs.  1, 2, and 3 bedroom plan designs are available.

The Buffalo Duplex Modules are built off-site in a controlled environment, brought to the site, set on the foundation, and made weather tight typically within one day.
