The neighbors went to work in the morning and when they returned that afternoon there was an entire house built in a single day!
The week following Set Day, we built the garage and porch, on-site. That means we went from a foundation to an entire home 85% complete in one week! Pretty incredible! And no matter how many projects we complete, there is something special seeing the joy that a family experiences when they see the planning come together right before their eyes.
This house is the popular Rosedale plan, with some modifications. I always say, that we very rarely build a stock plan. We always make at least a few changes in order to meet specific lifestyle needs and wants – we love to work through this creative design process so that you can put your fingerprints on your project!!
